Deposit of $150 in high season and $100 in low season is required within seven days of booking to confirm reservation. Deposit is applied to last reserved night.
Cancellations: A 30 day cancellation notice is required prior to date of arrival for a refund of deposit less a $20 cancellation fee. If less than 30 days, the entire deposit is forfeited unless room can be rebooked. We reserve the right to reassign rooms when reservation dates are reduced or changed.
Group Policy: Reservations of three or more rooms require a one night deposit within seven days of reservation, and full prepayment 60 days in advance of arrival. A 60 day cancellation notice is required for refunds as stated in the above cancellation policy.
Rates: Rates are seasonal: $120 - $255 per night, are based on single/double occupancy, and include full breakfast and refreshments. Rates do not include 10% lodging tax. For a third person, please add $25 per night.
