This B&B has it all: a variety of clean, spacious, well appointed rooms plus primo location, outstanding breakfasts, and friendly, competent staff. Nola O'Hara and her staff have ensured that our group's visits have been perfect year after year.

The location is very close to the theaters and Main Street shops and restaurants, but out of the fray. The staff are considerate without being instrusive. The breakfasts and afternoon cookies are excellent. We've stayed in three different rooms over the past 5 years and liked all of them, in their different ways.

I've been coming to Ashland for 25 years and can't believe I've never stayed here before - now I will never stay anywhere else! We've already booked for next year and our goal is to try each of the very lovely rooms. The location is absolutely perfect and the breakfast was beyond compare! We were only away from home for a couple of days but it was so relaxing that it felt like at least a week!

I have been coming here for years. The proximity to the theater is perfect, as are the accommodations. Nola and Kerry interact just the right amount, making us feel welcome, always interested in the plays we are seeing, and enhancing our visit in every way.  I sometimes travel with a friend, and this is one of the few places that has several rooms with more than one bed. It is perfect for sharing with a companion. I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Nola and her staff made arrival as easy as possible. The rooms were spacious and clean. Perfect location to attend the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Service was impeccable. Breakfast was superb. They accommodated dietary preferences and were welcoming throughout our stay. McCall House is my favorite place to stay while in Ashland!

We have been staying at McCall House for 18 years and never tire of our room, the service, the beautiful Victorian decor or the location just two blocks from the OSF theaters. We always feel welcome - our home away from home.  P. S. Kelly's breakfasts are divine.

I can't say enough how great my experience was at the McCall House. The staff was amazing; the attention to detail. The room and common areas were very well appointed and very cozy and inviting. It is located in the perfect spot; close to everything. I was at the McCall House on business, but will definitely come back on vacation.

We have stayed at McCall House 3 times now and it has been excellent. So much so that we just reserve for next year when we leave. Gourmet breakfasts plus cookies that lure you back every afternoon, along with iced tea, immaculate guest rooms with lovely furnishings, comfortable beds, wonderful patio/garden for relaxing outdoors. To top it all off, OSF is only a few minutes walk away. Also a well-stocked library for general reading or researching Shakespeare's plays. The whole house is lovely, filled with period furniture, not overdone...just perfect! Staff is amazing, friendly, helpful, more like staying with friends than in a business establishment.

Admittedly I do not have a lot of experience with B&Bs, but there is simply nothing negative that I can say about this place. I took my family of four, and both of my teenage daughters loved it. The location is perfect. We walked the 1 and 1/2 blocks to downtown several times. The innkeeper was outstanding- always willing to talk and answer any questions. The rooms were spacious , clean , and comfortable. Oh yes, the breakfasts were excellent too. Anyone needing a place to stay in Ashland needs to consider the McCall House.

We came up the McCall House B&B while vacationing in Oregon. We knew very little of southern Oregon but after discovering Ashland, we will return. Ashland is the perfect town for an escape. It is off the tourist track but abounds in activities and culture. McCall House in the middle of town only minutes by foot to fine dining and nationally known Oregon Shakespeare Feastival. As charming as Ashland is so is the McCall House B&B. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. My wife especially pleased with the cleanliness of our room. We enjoyed three wonder and unique meals. The building is historic but well maintained. McCall House is a great location for exploring the beauty of southern Oregon.

My husband and I have stayed at the McCall House twice and loved it. We now schedule our visits to Ashland around the availability of our favorite room. The house is located very near the Shakespear festival, restaurants, and shopping. It's a beautiful place in a lovely setting. The rooms are cozy and beautifully decorated. The staff is great, so nice. And those delicious breakfasts are not to be missed! A really enjoyable and relaxing stay.

We have stayed in the Hayes room four times and enjoyed each time. Beds are comfortable, water is hot, breakfasts are sensational, location is superb--just a block from theatres. Staff are friendly and the house is charming. We book for the next year before we leave!

We had a wonderful stay at the McCall House. The B&B is a short walk to the playhouses and virtually all of the downtown restaurants. The breakfasts are absolutely delicious and the service is gracious. This is the second time we have stayed at this B&B and it will not be the last. Highly recommended.

Three friends and I have an annual tradition of a 3-4 day stay in Ashland every fall. Once we found McCall House, we now book our next trip over a year in advance, so we're sure to get our favorite room. Nola and her staff do an amazing job of making you feel right at home, at the same time that you feel totally spoiled, like a 5 star resort. Fresh homemade cookies every afternoon, nice things to sip on in your room and fabulous breakfast every morning. And, the location is perfect, just a couple of blocks from the theaters. We recommned McCall House absolutely!

This was my first stay at the McCall House but it will certainly not be my last. I loved the decor, the quiet elegance, the comfort of feeling "so at home". The location was perfect, just a short walk to the theaters, shopping and restaurants. We never had to move the car. The breakfasts were wonderful, with the staff being so accommodating for dietary concerns. When we arrived in the evening after attending the plays, iced tea and homemade cookies were waiting for us. Nola and Kerry have thought of everything. Our reservations have already been arranged for next year! I don't see how I will be able to wait that long!!!

This has to be one of the most beautiful B&B's we have ever stayed! Spacious room, great bed, wonderful breakfast. The whole experience took us away from Silicon Valley, and the stress at work and transformed us into a relaxed, tranquil getaway. My thanks to the McCall House staff for making our stay like a Midsummer Nights Dream.

Second time around just got better. It's a joy to spend time in this house and through the hills of Ashland. We will always have fond memories of this place and we have promised ourselves that we will return here one day. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Thank you Nola and Kim, for making our annual trip to Ashland one of the best ever! Great food, comfortable accomodations, and a friendly enviroment, what more could we ask for-not to mention the dark chocolate...and down pillows. We can't wait till next year.
